Q. I wish to modify my services, what should I do?
Modification of subscription : Please call our
sales team to 514-875-8830 ext. 306. Any request for
modifications must be transmitted by email to : « modification@clic.net » solely. Please indicate your
domain name or bill number on your email. Upon reception
of the email, your file will be reviewed and we will
communicate with you to complete the request for
modifications.
Cancellation of subscription : Any request for
cancellation must be transmitted by email to : « cancel@clic.net » solely, one month prior to the
expiration date of the initial term or the end of one
period resulting from its renewal. Please indicate your
domain name or bill number and the reason justifying the
end of the subscription. Upon reception of the email,
your file will be checked and we will communicate with
you to complete the request of cancellation.
